Job Full Description
Position Overview:
As a General Laborer, you will assist with a variety of hands-on tasks to support daily operations and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. This position may involve material handling, maintaining work areas, assisting team members, and performing other general labor duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials and equipment.
- Perform general labor and physical tasks as assigned.
- Assist team members with project and job-site activities.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed.
- Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with preparing and organizing materials for projects.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report damaged equipment, safety concerns, or other issues to supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous general labor, construction, warehouse, or hands-on work experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
- Comfortable working both independently and with a team.
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools and equipment.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and follow safety procedures.
