Experienced Fabricator
Pay 28.00-32.00 an hour

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Fabricator to join our growing team in Albany, Oregon. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a production environment and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
Move and organize raw steel and materials throughout the shop
Read layouts, measurements, and production drawings
Prepare and lay out products for fabrication and production
Assist with cutting, fitting, grinding, and assembly of steel components
Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
Support shop production goals while maintaining quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
Previous fabrication experience required
Experience working in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and shop drawings
Comfortable working with raw materials and heavy equipment
Welding experience is a plus, but certification is not required
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
