Seed Production Laborer
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Seed Production Laborers to join a busy agricultural production team in the Tangent area. This position plays an important role in the seed packaging process, ensuring products are accurately bagged, processed, and prepared for shipment. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and working in a team environment, this is a great opportunity.
Responsibilities
Fill 50-pound bags with seed using production equipment.
Operate and monitor an automated bag sewing machine to securely seal bags.
Stack and organize completed bags onto pallets.
Inspect bags for quality and accuracy before palletizing.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with other production and warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Comfortable working around production machinery.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or agricultural experience is helpful but not required.
