Soldering Technician – Portland, OR
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity | $19.50/HR | Full-Time
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Soldering Technician to join our client’s team in Portland, OR. This is a temp-to-hire position with the potential to become permanent based on performance.
Candidates must have wire-to-wire soldering experience on electronic components.
Key Responsibilities

Solder electronic components to circuit boards and other hardware

Perform precise wire-to-wire soldering on electronic components

Inspect solder joints for quality, precision, and compliance

Follow standard operating procedures and soldering guidelines

Operate soldering tools and equipment accurately and safely

Troubleshoot and correct soldering errors and defects

Ensure all final products meet strict quality standards

Perform wire-free hang procedures to prevent component damage during assembly
Requirements

Must have experience with wire-to-wire soldering on electronic components

Previous experience in soldering and electronic assembly

Knowledge of soldering tools, techniques, and safety practices

High attention to detail and manual dexterity

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
