A proud Gresham native, Rashell joined Express in 2019, bringing a deep understanding of the community and a passion for its success in her role as Front Office Coordinator. Just a few months into her journey, she transitioned to an Employment Specialist position amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, excelling with minimal training and making an immediate impact on the team. Rashell’s drive and adaptability quickly shone through, leading her to her current role as Director of Staffing.

Today, Rashell leads office initiatives and collaborates closely with our team to ensure exceptional service. She has built strong relationships with our industrial and skilled trades clients and associates, known for her professionalism, expertise, and warm, personalized approach. Rashell’s dedication to lasting partnerships and her commitment to the success of both our clients and associates make her an invaluable part of our team.

Meet Danielle – Employment Specialist

Danielle Solis has been a valued part of our office for over six years, bringing passion, energy, and dedication to everything she does. She originally joined our team in a Business Developer role, where she quickly made a name for herself by being recognized as a Top 50 Sales Representative out of nearly 900 franchises nationwide — an accomplishment that reflects her drive, relationship-building skills, and commitment to helping businesses succeed.

After a short hiatus, Danielle returned to the team in a new role as an Employment Specialist, where she now focuses on recruiting top talent and connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities and companies. While her primary focus has shifted, her strong community relationships and natural ability to connect with people continue to make her an incredible asset in sales and business development as well.

Danielle is truly a bright light in the office — always positive, supportive, and willing to jump in wherever help is needed. Her team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine care for others make a lasting impact on both clients and coworkers alike. She leads with heart in everything she does and brings a level of encouragement and positivity that strengthens the entire team.

Outside of work, Danielle is a proud mom to two amazing boys who are the center of her world. She loves spending time working out, attending church, and cheering her boys on at their baseball games. Her dedication to her family, faith, and community shines through in every aspect of her life.

Meet Lexi - Employment Specialist

Lexi Burns has been a valued member of our team for over three years and has made a tremendous impact through her passion for helping people and her dedication to the community. She began her journey with our office as a Recruitment Specialist, where she quickly stood out as one of the region’s most sought-after recruiting contacts. Lexi built an incredible reputation for her ability to connect with talent, build meaningful relationships, and consistently help clients find great employees. Her success and recruiting strategies became a topic of conversation across the region as others looked to learn how she was able to connect with and help so many people each week.

Her outstanding performance and commitment to both clients and associates led to her promotion into an Employment Specialist role, where she now focuses on recruiting, staffing, and assisting with sales efforts. Lexi brings an unmatched level of care and compassion into everything she does. She has a true heart for this community and is deeply passionate about helping people find meaningful work opportunities that positively impact their lives.

Lexi is known for her positive attitude, genuine kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond for both her team and the people she serves. She approaches every interaction with empathy and authenticity, making her someone clients, associates, and coworkers truly trust and appreciate.

Outside of work, Lexi’s greatest joy is her family. She loves spending time with her husband and loving on her three kiddos whenever she can. Her caring nature, both personally and professionally, is what makes her such a special part of our team.

Meet Dee – Front Office Coordinator

Dee Nash has been an integral part of our office for over five years, bringing warmth, positivity, and exceptional customer service to every person she meets. Before joining our team, Dee spent 10 years with Nordstrom, where she developed a customer-service-first mindset that continues to shine through in everything she does. Caring for people comes naturally to her, and it is truly her first language.

From the moment someone walks through our doors, Dee makes the experience welcoming, easy, and fun. She has a way of making everyone feel comfortable and valued, which is why she so quickly becomes a favorite among associates, clients, and coworkers alike. She genuinely takes the time to get to know the people she works with and consistently goes above and beyond to support them however she can.

Dee is truly the heart of our office. Whether she is decorating desks to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, checking in on coworkers, or making sure everyone feels appreciated and safe, she brings a level of care and thoughtfulness that makes a lasting impact on our entire team culture. Her kindness and selflessness never go unnoticed, and she continuously creates an environment where people feel supported and cared for.

Outside of work, Dee enjoys hiking with her husband, spending quality time with her in-laws, and showing up for her friends whenever they need her.
