Auto Body Technician – Sandy, OR
$23–$30/HR, Depending on Experience
Full-Time, Monday–Friday, Day Shift, Temp-to-Hire
A well-established auto repair shop in Sandy, Oregon is looking for a skilled Auto Body Technician to join their team! This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity offering consistent hours, a supportive environment, and the potential for permanent placement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform collision and cosmetic repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
- Prep vehicles for painting (sanding, priming, masking)
- Operate welding and body repair tools safely and effectively
- Align and install panels, bumpers, and trim pieces
- Read and follow repair estimates/work orders
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of auto body repair experience preferred
- Proficiency with tools and equipment used in the trade
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
