Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Start time between 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $19.23 per hour
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Product Estimation Specialist to join our team in Gresham. This full-time, direct hire position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with blueprints, specifications, and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely project estimates and sales orders. The position offers an early-start weekday schedule, providing consistency and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret project blueprints, sketches, and specifications to prepare accurate custom quotes and sales orders
- Process quote requests received from customers in a timely and organized manner
- Collaborate with external departments to gather all necessary pricing details for quotes
- Update and maintain quote documentation throughout the bidding process
- Manage and prioritize order entry to ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Communicate with customers to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met
- Work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in estimation or a related business field
- Proven ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and rough sketches
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the walk-in cooler/freezer construction industry
- Familiarity with industry-specific estimating tools or software
