We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Welder to join our team in Gresham, Oregon. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering long-term stability with potential for permanent placement for the right candidate. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, and Stick, Sub Ark, and Due Shield welding on a variety of industrial equipment and structural components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Assemble, install, maintain, and repair machinery and mechanical equipment
- Perform precise alignments and adjustments on mechanical systems
- Use industrial tools including grinders, torches, and cutting equipment safely and effectively
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment with minimal supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
✅ Requirements:
- 3+ years of industrial welding experience preferred
- Proven millwright experience is a plus (assembly, installation, maintenance of industrial machinery)
- Ability to weld in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
