Location: Gresham, OR
Pay: $23.17/hr
Schedule: Training on Day Shift Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM; after training, schedule will move to Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate finishing machinery for folding carton production
- Review job tickets, monitor production specs, and ensure product quality
- Perform machine adjustments and minor maintenance as needed
- Lead and oversee operator assistants, packers, and inspectors on the production line
- Accurately track output and errors in production logs
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read job specs, use measuring tools, and work independently
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
- Flexibility to work on day shift and then move to swing shift
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, push/pull for extended periods
- Comfortable with repetitive motion and occasional stair climbing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- PPE required: safety/steel-toed shoes, glasses, and hearing protection
