Office & Customer Support Professionals
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team in a full-time, day-shift office role. This position combines customer service, administrative support, and basic accounting functions. Ideal candidates are organized, comfortable multitasking, and confident working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service and answer incoming phone calls
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Create, track, and close work orders
- Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Process invoices and assist with Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and general office needs
- Work within QuickBooks for basic accounting and record-keeping
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in office administration and/or customer service preferred
- Working knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Day shift with a 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start time (depending on position)
- Pay: $20–$30 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)
