Office & Customer Support Professionals

 

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team in a full-time, day-shift office role. This position combines customer service, administrative support, and basic accounting functions. Ideal candidates are organized, comfortable multitasking, and confident working in a fast-paced office environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service and answer incoming phone calls
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Create, track, and close work orders
  • Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Process invoices and assist with Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • Utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and general office needs
  • Work within QuickBooks for basic accounting and record-keeping

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in office administration and/or customer service preferred
  • Working knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Day shift with a 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start time (depending on position)
  • Pay: $20–$30 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)
