We are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing and fabrication team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fabricator with strong hands-on experience in CNC press brake operations, complex forming, and interpreting engineering drawings.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and confident working with advanced CNC press brake equipment in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment to produce precision components.

Perform bump forming and complex forming operations on a variety of materials.

Select appropriate tooling and machine settings based on job requirements.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.

Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards are met.

Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain consistent part quality.

Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Work efficiently while meeting production schedules and quality requirements.
Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience as a Press Brake Operator in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Demonstrated expertise in bump forming and complex forming operations.

Strong knowledge of CNC press brake operation, machine setup, and tooling selection.

Advanced ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Experience working with advanced CNC press brake equipment is highly valued.
