Key Responsibilities:
- Answering multiline phone system with professionalism and efficiency
- Greeting guests and providing top-notch customer service
- Screening and assisting applicants with job search preferences
- Scheduling interviews and supporting recruitment efforts
- Support our social media and reputation management initiatives
- Providing administrative support to various teams
- Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of office reception experience or equivalent education
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment and thrives under pressure
- Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping others
- Desire to make a positive impact in the community
This is a temporary position with Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule. We offer competitive pay ranging of $20 per hour, depending on experience. There is opportunity for direct hire following the evaluation period and demonstration of strong performance, reliability, and a positive attitude.
