Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Restoration Cleaner to work on the cleaning crew of a demo and restoration company located in NE Portland. Job Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Job Description:
- Assure that all customer contents are cleaned and deodorized from smoke, contaminated water, dirt, and other residue
- Assist with unpacking and packing clean items into boxes or storage containers
- Maintain an inventory of items that have been cleaned or destroyed
- Coordinate repair of furniture, , electronics, area rugs and other items.
- Biohazards clean up; fecal matter, blood, needles (extra pay when fully suited up with personal protective equipment)
Job Requirements
- Previous Janitorial or Housekeeping experience
- Must have valid drivers license
- Own vehicle preferred
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Knowledge on cleaning supplies and how they are used
- Must have quality work ethic, ability to take direction, ability to work well with a team
