Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Sanitation Crewmember to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining the cleanliness and operational integrity of food processing equipment and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The ideal candidate will be reliable, thorough, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble food processing machinery and equipment.

Follow SSOPs and Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures as outlined in the Sanitation Manual.

Safely handle hazardous chemicals using provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Perform COP Tank boil-out operations and inspect/replace gaskets, O-rings, and seals.

Maintain accurate documentation including cleaning logs, chart recorders, and MSS logs.

Clean floors and work areas thoroughly within assigned zones.

Adhere to all safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE requirements.

Complete all required paperwork by end of shift.

Comply with GMPs, HACCP, Quality Assurance, and third-party audit standards.

Notify supervisors of any unusual sanitation-related events.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Forklift certification or ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
