Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: $19 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain property grounds, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Perform routine cleaning of on-site facilities including laundry rooms, common areas, and other shared spaces.
• Operate landscaping tools to maintain outdoor areas such as lawns, walkways, and gardens.
• Remove trash and debris from grounds and common areas.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Expected Results:

• Consistently clean and well-maintained grounds and facilities.
• Safe, presentable, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
• Reliable completion of daily tasks with attention to detail.

Skills Required:

• Ability to remain on feet for full shift.
• Capability to bend, and stoop throughout the day.
• Able to lift 25-30 pounds
• Proficiency in using landscaping tools and performing basic groundskeeping tasks.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in janitorial, porter, or groundskeeping roles preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and landscaping tools is a plus.
