Shipping & Receiving Associate
Location: NE Portland
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $22.00/hour and up (depending on experience)
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This role plays a key part in keeping materials moving efficiently through our operation by supporting both shipping and receiving functions while maintaining accurate inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately and efficiently

Use online shipping systems, including FedEx, UPS, and LTL carriers

Receive, store, package, label, and ship materials according to company standards

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training provided), pallet jacks, and other power tools safely

Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting, labeling, and storage practices

Follow safety, quality, and organizational standards at all times
Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling role

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
