Job Full Description
We are looking for a skilled food production machine operator for day shift. M-Th 5am-3:30pm with overtime.
In this role, the primary responsibilities will include accurately pre-weighing ingredients according to production formulas, operating mixing equipment, and ensuring all batches are prepared safely and efficiently while following company procedures and quality standards. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential to ensure product consistency and compliance.
The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to learn and support other positions within the department as needed. We value team members who are adaptable and open to cross-training to support overall production goals.
Strong communication skills are required, as this role involves working closely with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel. Additionally, the candidate must be comfortable using computers to complete documentation, enter data, and issue or resolve production-related matters within our system.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
$21.00 p/hr to start.
Will need a resume or very detailed work history. This is a heavy lifting position.
