Position: Production Associate (Packaging)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role involves working at various machine stations, supporting packaging operations, and maintaining a clean and safe production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work at multiple machine stations on the production floor
- Package products into various formats according to specifications
- Operate and monitor packaging machines
- Make basic machine adjustments and assist with changeovers
- Perform visual quality checks and accurate product counts
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including daily cleanup and weekly deep cleaning
- Support other production functions and tasks as needed
