Service Writer

Service Writer Job duties:
- Work at front counter and provide excellent customer service
- Check customers in and out on computers that are coming in with damaged equipment needing repairs
- Schedule repairs and write service orders
- Educate customers on products and services
- Clean machines and do general shop maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
Service Writer Requirements:
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Can stay calm in stressful situations
- Enjoys working in fast paced environment
- Has a positive attitude and is a team player
- Serious about long term employment
