Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: SE Portland
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour
We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing team in SE Portland to hire a part-time Shipping & Receiving Coordinator. This role is key to keeping materials and shipments moving accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming materials
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders
- Create shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, labels)
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organized storage areas
- Stage materials for production and track shipments
- Assist with cycle counts and operate material handling equipment
Qualifications:
- Shipping/receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Team-oriented with good communication
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Work Environment:
Warehouse setting with regular standing, lifting, and equipment use. Forklift certification provided.
