Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, including assisting with accounts payable tasks. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to gain experience in an office and accounting environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with entering vendor invoices and basic data entry
- Help organize and maintain financial and vendor records
- Support the accounts payable process, including matching invoices to purchase orders (training provided)
- Respond to basic vendor inquiries and route questions as needed
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and email support
- Provide support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements
- 0–2 years of administrative, clerical, or related experience
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn accounting and office processes
- Good communication and reliability
