Key Responsibilities
- Support the office with daily tasks and ongoing projects
- Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal staff to facilitate the sales process, including outreach to current and new clients
- Perform administrative functions including data management, report creation, and drafting correspondence
- Prepare quotes, work orders, and field service reports
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of services
- Participate in outsourcing efforts for new business opportunities
- Maintain a pleasant, professional, and secure working environment
- Complete special projects as assigned
