Cleaning Crew Manager (Part-Time, Growth Potential)
Seeking an experienced Cleaning Crew Manager to lead a residential cleaning team in the Portland, OR area. This role starts part‑time with potential to grow into full‑time.
What You’ll Do

Residential & commercial cleaning — fill-ins, quality checks, walkthroughs

Train new cleaners on standards, systems, and eco‑friendly products

Support and manage a cleaning team day‑to‑day
-
Onboard new hires and set up supplies/equipment
-
Manage inventory and order cleaning products
-
Perform quality inspections and coach for improvement
-
Assist with scheduling and route adjustments
-
Communicate with clients as needed

Support hiring: interviews, trial shifts, references
-
Serve as backup lead when needed
What We’re Looking For

Professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial)

Team lead or management background
-
High cleaning standards and attention to detail
-
Comfortable with basic software (Docs, Sheets, email)

Ability to learn scheduling/job‑management tools

Reliable vehicle, valid license, clean driving record

Able to pass background check; authorized to work in the U.S.

Physically able to lift 25+ lbs and perform cleaning tasks

Professional, dependable, strong communicator

Fluent English; Spanish a plus
