Pay: $24 an hour

What You'll Do
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate with customers and field crews to provide updates and coordinate schedules.
- Monitor daily routes, adjust schedules as needed, and respond quickly to emergencies or delays.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and ensure all job information is up to date.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of dispatch or scheduling experience.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient with computers, dispatch software, and multi-line phone systems.
- Calm under pressure, dependable, detail-oriented, and an effective problem solver.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
- Frequent use of a keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone.
- Ability to clearly communicate with customers and technicians by phone.
