We're seeking an experienced Maintenance & Remodeling Technician to perform a variety of residential and commercial remodeling, repair, and maintenance projects.

What You'll Do

• Complete residential and commercial remodeling, maintenance, and repair projects safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve building maintenance issues.
• Perform skilled work including framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and finish carpentry.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a safe, clean, and professional job site.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or building maintenance.
• Strong working knowledge of framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and finish work.
• Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to producing quality work.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Perform physically demanding work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
