Forklift Driver / Warehouse Worker
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
Opportunity: Temp-to-Hire for the right candidate
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Driver / Warehouse Worker to join a busy warehouse team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring freight is received, inspected, staged, and loaded accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offload 53' trailers using an electric forklift
- Inspect incoming freight for damage and verify piece counts
- Stage freight for warehouse operations and distribution
- Load route trucks and outbound carrier shipments
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience required
- Ability to become certified on an electric forklift
- Experience in trucking, logistics, LTL freight, or air freight environments is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify freight counts and condition
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a TSA background check
