Inside Sales Assistant
Launch your sales career with a growing local company! We're seeking an enthusiastic and organized Inside Sales Assistant to support a busy sales team in NE Portland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, is motivated to learn, and wants to build a long-term career in sales.
Pay: $40,000–$55,000 annually, DOE
What You'll Do

Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities

Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales Manager

Support lead generation and sales pipeline development

Review sales reports to identify trends and high-performing products

Follow up with customers and prospects while helping build lasting relationships

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and activities in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and order flow
What We're Looking For

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

Excellent organization and time management skills

Attention to detail and the ability to interpret basic sales data

Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience required, CRM experience is a plus

Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
