Warehouse Kitter
We are hiring a Warehouse Kitter for a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with small parts. You’ll be responsible for accurately picking and organizing fasteners and hardware to build kits for customer orders.
What You’ll Do
- Pick fasteners, hardware, and components according to work orders and kit lists
- Count and verify parts and quantities for accuracy
- Assemble, package, label, and organize completed kits
- Compare part numbers and specifications to ensure the correct materials are selected
- Stock and organize inventory and return unused materials to the proper locations
- Assist with receiving, picking, packing, and other warehouse duties as needed
- Identify inventory discrepancies or damaged materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, kitting, picking/packing, assembly, or inventory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with small parts and distinguishing between similar part numbers and sizes
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to read work orders, labels, and written instructions
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to stay organized and productive while completing repetitive tasks
