Receiving Associate – Manufacturing
Pay: $20–$22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Duration: Approximately 4–6 months
Start: ASAP
We are hiring a Receiving Associate to join a busy manufacturing team! This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, receiving, inventory, or manufacturing experience who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping things moving.
What You’ll Do
- Receive incoming materials, components, supplies, and products
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents
- Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and visible damage
- Complete receiving transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
- Label and route materials to the appropriate warehouse or production locations
- Help identify and resolve shipment or inventory discrepancies
- Work closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality, Materials, and Production teams
- Follow safe material-handling and warehouse procedures
- Keep receiving and storage areas organized
What We’re Looking For
- Previous receiving, warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with shipping documents and inventory information
- Organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with strong attendance
- Able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
This is an approximately 4–6 month assignment with a Monday–Friday day schedule. The company is looking to move quickly, so qualified candidates are encouraged to apply right away!
