Office Admin/ Customer Service Rep - ($20.00/ hour)
Our client in King of Prussia is looking to add an Office Admin/ Customer Service Rep to join their team. The ideal candidate will be organized and able to multi-task while maintaining a customer-focus attention.
Job Duties include:
- Manage and prioritize large volume of incoming calls and emails from customers
- Process customer orders, quotes, credit memos or needed materials in a timely manner
- Manage customer/Rep group accounts
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information based on the tools given
- Meet personal/customer service team goals and targets
- Set-up new customer accounts and filing processes
- Communicate and coordinate within internal departments
- Handle and resolve customer issues
- Data entry and the ability to enter PO’s accurately
- Customer account reconciliation
- Communicate with Sales and Accounting to resolve customer discrepancies
What we look for in a candidate:
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment and Excel
- Experienced customer service representative
- Detail oriented, accurate and deadline driven
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of company
- Flexibility, with the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solve, with minimal daily direction from a manager
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
