About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, help keep the office running smoothly, and provide support to both staff and leadership. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.


Job Highlights

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, scheduling, and document preparation
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support daily office operations and assist team members with administrative needs
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare meeting materials
  • Maintain office organization—supplies, equipment, and common areas
  • Assist with basic reporting, record-keeping, and updating internal documents
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and staff professionally and promptly
  • Support special projects or tasks assigned by supervisors

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
