Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and support our team of sewing machine operators in a fast‑paced textile manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on knowledge of sewing production, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and output.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support sewing machine operators on the production floor
• Oversee daily production schedules to ensure targets and deadlines are met
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to operators
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and support operators with machine‑related challenges
• Coordinate with management on staffing, materials, and production needs
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
• Complete daily production reports and communicate progress to leadership

Required Experience:

• Previous supervisory or lead experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of sewing operations
• Hands‑on experience with single‑needle, double‑needle, and bar‑stitch/bar‑tack machines
• Ability to train and guide operators on machine use and production techniques

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a busy production setting

Compensation:

• $21–$25 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time position
