United Refrigeration is seeking a dependable Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate to support daily branch operations. This role blends customer-facing counter service with hands‑on warehouse responsibilities in a fast‑paced HVAC/R parts distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the sales counter with orders, product inquiries, and parts lookup
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate order records
• Pull, pack, and stage customer orders in the warehouse
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Provide excellent customer service while supporting overall branch operations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in counter sales, warehouse work, or customer service preferred
• Comfort working in both customer-facing and physical warehouse tasks
• Basic computer and order-entry skills
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail
