Building Maintenance Technician
Location: Chester County
We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, safety, and daily operation of our facility. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and keeping buildings running smoothly, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do

General Repairs — Perform routine repairs on doors, walls, flooring, fixtures, and equipment

Preventive Maintenance — Complete scheduled inspections and maintenance on building systems

HVAC/Plumbing Support — Assist with basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting

Safety & Compliance — Ensure the facility meets safety standards and report hazards

Work Order Management — Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Facility Upkeep — Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Vendor Coordination — Assist with scheduling and overseeing outside contractors when needed
What We’re Looking For

Experience in building or facility maintenance preferred

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry

Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
