We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-established community in Morrisville. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys hands-on problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs in residential units

Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues

Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner

Prepare units for new move-ins (turnovers)

Maintain grounds and common areas as needed
-
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
Requirements:

Previous residential or property maintenance experience preferred

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Valid driver’s license required

Must be able to pass a background check

Must be available for on-call assignments
