Job Title: Spooler Operator Helper
Location: Fairless Hills, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Position Overview:
A well-established manufacturing facility in Fairless Hills is seeking a dependable Spooler Machine Operator Helper to support production on 2nd shift. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and grow within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Spooler Operator with setup and operation of spooling equipment
- Load and unload materials onto machines
- Help monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
- Keep materials organized and production flowing efficiently
- Perform general labor tasks including lifting, stacking, and packaging
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Steel toe boots required
