Job Title: Slitter Machine Operator
Location: Fairless Hills, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Overview:
A well-established manufacturing facility in Fairless Hills is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Slitter Machine Operator to join their team. This is a steady, full-time opportunity on a consistent first-shift schedule with a company that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor slitter machines to cut materials to specified sizes
- Ensure product quality meets company standards and customer specifications
- Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
- Read and interpret work orders and production schedules
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating slitter machines or similar equipment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift
- Steel toe boots required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
