Packaging Maintenance Mechanic (1st & 2nd Shift Available)
We’re looking for experienced Maintenance Mechanics to join a fast-paced production environment. If you have strong mechanical skills and enjoy troubleshooting and keeping equipment running, this is a great opportunity to get in with a stable, growing company.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on production and packaging equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Maintain and repair production lines to minimize downtime
- Service boilers and facility systems
- Complete preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns
- Identify and fix safety hazards
- Handle general facility maintenance as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous maintenance mechanic experience in manufacturing or production
- Strong mechanical aptitude (electrical, plumbing, and equipment repair)
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Welding experience is a plus
- Reliability and strong work ethic
