Express is hiring a Service Technician for a generator company Irwin, PA!
Pay rate depends on experience!
$20 - 23/ hour

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various types of generator systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot generator issues, including mechanical, electrical, and fuel-related problems.
- Install new generator systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Provide emergency repair services to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
- Conduct load bank testing and performance evaluations to ensure optimal generator operation.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of issues and recommended solutions.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and manufacturer updates to provide the best service possible.
Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
- Proven experience as a Generator Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of generator systems, including diesel, natural gas, and propane generators.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Availability to work on-call and respond to emergency situations as needed.
