Schedule: 1st Shift

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join a growing manufacturing team in Mount Pleasant, PA. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in powder coating and masking who takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the Powder Coater:
- Perform powder coating on metal parts according to specifications
- Mask parts prior to coating to ensure proper coverage and finish
- Inspect finished products for quality, thickness, and consistency
- Maintain powder coating equipment and keep work area clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures and production standards
Requirements of the Powder Coater:
- 1–3 years of previous powder coating experience required
- Prior masking experience required
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
