Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving candidate for a daylight shift position in the Trafford, PA area. This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment with opportunities to learn, grow, and earn overtime.
Shift & Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Two 15-minute paid breaks
- Overtime available (early start or staying late; some employees work through lunch for OT)
- First day start time: 8:00 AM
Pay Rate:
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Weekly pay through Express
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare in-process and finished products for shipment per instructions and paperwork
- Clean, package, and stage products for shipment
- Assist with loading shipments and unloading deliveries
- Deliver in-process materials to subcontractors and finished products to customers (once hired on)
- Assist with receiving incoming materials
- Maintain organization and accuracy throughout shipping and receiving operations
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (driving required once hired on)
- Good math skills
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude a plus
- Little to no computer use required
Candidates with a strong work ethic, good attitude, and ability to learn will be considered even with limited experience.
