Food Service / Customer Service Associate
Location: Greensburg, PA
Pay: $18–$19/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – approximately 1:00 PM
Hours: 10–16.5 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed
About the Position:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Food Service / Customer Service Associate to support a break room café within a local facility in Greensburg, PA. This role involves servicing facility employees during their scheduled breaks by providing food service and excellent customer support in a café-style environment.

Responsibilities of the Food Service / Customer Service Associate:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve food items according to established guidelines
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
- Clean and maintain the café area, including dishes, counters, and dining space
- Assist with basic food prep and restocking as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements of the Food Service / Customer Service Associate:
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Dependable, punctual, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning duties
