Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate for a manufacturing facility in the Export, PA area. This position supports warehouse and shipping operations, including preparing equipment for shipment and building custom pallets and crates.
Shift & Schedule:
- Daylight shift (schedule details provided during interview)
- Overtime may be available based on workload

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare finished products and equipment for shipment
- Build and assemble custom pallets and shipping crates using hand and power tools
- Load and unload shipments and deliveries
- Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and damage
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipping documentation
- Move and organize materials within the warehouse and shipping areas
- Maintain inventory organization and support material handling operations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Previous shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Carpentry experience required, including building pallets or crates
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to read measuring tools and follow basic build instructions
- Ability to lift and move materials as required throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
