Express is hiring a Pipe Welder for New Kensington, PA!
Monday – Friday
1st shift!
$24 / hr to start!

Position Responsibilities for the Pipe Welder:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to plan welding processes.
- Perform TIG, MIG, Stick, and/or Flux-Cored Arc Welding on pipes and related components.
- Weld and assemble stainless steel, carbon steel, and other materials.
- Ensure proper alignment, fit-up, and joint preparation before welding.
- Inspect and test welds using visual and mechanical testing methods to verify quality and compliance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment and tools.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with pipe fitters and other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements for the Pipe Welder:
- Proven experience as a pipe welder or similar role.
- Proficiency in pipe welding techniques (TIG, MIG, Stick, or Flux-Cored Arc Welding).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Skilled in using welding tools, grinders, and cutting equipment.
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
