Inside Sales Representative
Location: Irwin, PA
Pay: $75,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support customer relationships and sales growth for a manufacturing organization in the Irwin area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing customer needs, and working closely with internal teams.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:
- Manage customer relationships and provide sales support
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, products, and services
- Prepare quotes and follow up on opportunities
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements of the Inside Sales Representative:
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Manufacturing or technical product experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
