Now Hiring: Mitigation Technician
Location: Springdale, PA
Pay: $20–$22/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Typically 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
On-Call: Every other week
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Mitigation Technician for a full-time opportunity with a restoration team in the Springdale area.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with water and property damage mitigation projects
- Set up and monitor professional drying equipment
- Perform cleanup and removal of damaged materials
- Assist with demolition and stabilization work
- Prepare affected areas for restoration
- Move equipment and materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow proper safety procedures and job-site protocols
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous construction, restoration, demolition, or general labor experience is preferred
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and work in various environments
- Willingness to learn restoration and mitigation procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be dependable and responsive during on-call periods
Additional Details:
- Typical hours are 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Schedule may vary depending on emergency restoration needs
- Every-other-week on-call rotation
- On-call availability includes nights and weekends
