Shift Assistance Operator position
The company in Gray Court makes fabric-like materials called nonwoven textiles. These are used in healthcare products like masks, gowns, wipes, and bandages, as well as personal care items like diapers and sanitary products. As a Shift Assistant Operator, you will assist the lead with machine operation and set up. Operating machines such as needle punching, thermal bonding, and a few others. Looking for someone able to perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment. Help set up machines with the lead operator. Fill in for the lead operator when they are off site. Keep production records and monitor product quality. Able to perform site-safety audits routinely as scheduled. The job has a 12-hour rotating day schedule, 3 days one week 4 the next. If you are on night shift you will stay on nights and same with days.
