Manual Assembly
- Pay is $17.50
- Clean area / Heat & AC
- Hours Monday – Thursday 7am- 4:30 pm
- Must be willing to cross train in all areas when needed ( it may take a while to do this, but they have to be able if needed ) . **Some may have a job that is the same each day
- Temps are eligible for a $ 150 Perfect Attendance bonus ( must not miss ANY scheduled hours for a complete month- etc. June 1 -June 30)
These positions are MANUAL assembly and some semi-automated
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Ability to quickly learn complex assemblies
- Experience assembling small components in a fast paced work environment
- Works well on a team
- Ability to lift at least 30-50 pounds
- Ability to work standing for 9-hour shifts
- Good communication skills
- Read and work from prints and schematics.( preferred-not mandatory to start)
- Measuring using metal ruler or tape measure
- Ability to assemble electrical components to Company quality and production specifications
- Ability to operate automatic machinery related to associated components
- Work independently with little supervision
- Verifies specifications by measuring completed component and records the finding on the appropriate documentation.
