Pay: $19.57/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:40 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities
As a Unit Operator, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by:
- Operating and monitoring plastic production equipment
- Blending raw materials according to production specifications
- Operating mixers and packaging equipment
- Preparing finished PVC compounds for production and shipment
- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
- Building boxes and packaging finished products
- Transporting materials to designated areas
- Operating a forklift when needed
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating experience required
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment
- Able to stand, lift, bend, and work throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
