Maintenance Technician

?? Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a global manufacturing company specializing in advanced nonwoven materials and technical fiber solutions. Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair production equipment and facility systems
- Perform emergency repairs during production and scheduled preventative maintenance during downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders
- Diagnose equipment issues, replace defective parts, and test machinery to ensure proper operation
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Use hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment safely
- Report equipment issues and recommend improvements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
